Front-end Developer (Korea Market)

JOB DESCRIPTION About the Role As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will lead the development of responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js and modern frontend technologies. You’ll collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility. Translate wireframes and design prototypes into functional interfaces. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. Troubleshoot and resolve frontend bugs and performance issues. Stay updated with the latest frontend trends (e.g., PWA, mobile-first design). Document code and maintain technical documentation. REQUIRMENT 5+ years of experience in frontend development. 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js in production. Experience with Redux, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and Git. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend integration. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. English communicate fluently Nice to Have Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of internationalization/localization standards. Familiarity with mobile-first and responsive design principles. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
