Job Title: AP/Billing Coordinator Location: 100% on-site in Riverview, FL Schedule: Full-time, M-F Type: Temp to Hire Pay: $55k-$60k DOE Responsibilities
Review and manage monthly budgets Update schedules and agreements Keep track of tasks and review records on a regular basis Oversee monthly cost management Set up and check community information in relevant systems Coordinate new vendor setup Monitor required vendor documentation Supervise contracting and payments with vendors Prepare reports based on invoices each month Organize and maintain important documents Qualifications
