You will collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure offerings resonate with target customers and meet market demands. You will support the physician preference item (PPI) business by working with clinicians and business stakeholders to develop value propositions and messaging that highlight solution benefits.**Responsibilities:*** Collaborate with product management to create positioning frameworks and messaging that communicate product value to key personas.* Develop launch plans at the product level that align with marketing and business objectives.* Review and apply market research, including competitive analysis and customer insights, to understand buyer needs and market dynamics.* Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), personas, and buying groups using segmentation and behavioral insights.* Contribute to pricing and packaging models that reflect market value and competitive positioning.* Build and maintain product collateral and sales tools, such as battle cards, one-pagers, FAQs, and briefs, incorporating automation where possible.* Partner with sales enablement to deliver training, onboarding, and toolkits that enhance field readiness and customer engagement.* Gather and synthesize feedback from sales, customers, and the market to inform strategy and content development.* Track and evaluate product marketing effectiveness through KPIs, including engagement, pipeline contribution, and win/loss analysis.**Qualifications**:* Relevant degree preferred in Business, Communication or related field* 2 or more years of relevant experience required.* Experience in a B2B product marketing or related marketing role: SaaS and/or healthcare preferred.* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex features into clear benefits.* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strategic mindset and strong attention to detail.* Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and content management systems.* Skilled in building cross-functional relationships and influencing without authority.* Experience in executing product launches and go-to-market strategies.* Knowledge of healthcare operations, regulatory environments, and technology adoption trends preferred.#LI-JS1**Estimated Hiring Range:**At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $59,600.00 to $101,200.00.This position is also incentive eligible.Vizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
