The company is seeking a Factory Human Resources Supervisor with bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese to serve as the primary HR representative at the Sudbury, Massachusetts facility. The role requires leading a comprehensive range of human resources functions, including recruitment, training and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: Execute HR Strategy, including shaping and aiding in the execution of the Nestlé People Strategy processes. Support Nestlé initiatives, such as the Nestlé Management and Leadership Principles, and execute workforce planning processes. Ensure the culture and working environment is open, empowering, fair, and equitable. Manage special projects in workforce management, strategic planning, and quarterly/monthly people data reports. Recruitment responsibilities include oversight of salaried and hourly staffing and collaboration with talent management teams. Performance and Talent Management responsibilities include utilizing performance management systems and providing support to People Managers. Employee Relations responsibilities include serving as a liaison between employees and site leadership and building and maintaining relations with employees. Qualifications: Bilingual in English/Vietnamese strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. 5 or more years of experience in a professional-level Human Resources role. Thorough understanding of Federal/State employment laws. Preferred skills include a drive to achieve ambitious performance objectives, the ability to learn and grow, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. The approximate pay range for this position is $114,000 to $129,000.
