The ideal candidate should have: Previous recruitment industry experience Healthcare experience would be beneficial Be well-organised and able to work to tight deadlines The role will involve: Hands-on Payroll Manager within a fast-paced industry Full control of the payroll department, working with complex systems and regulations Managing weekly payments for contractors via multiple payment methods Taking ownership of the client billing process and updating the invoice financing facility Managing a team of 3 staff, split between the UK and abroad Managing submissions, payments, and communications with HMRC and pensions providers Processing monthly salaries for internal staff Reporting directly to the Head of Accounts
