Prestige Capital is seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruiting and be adept at utilizing various platforms and tools to attract top talent. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a strategic mindset to enhance our recruitment processes. The Recruitment Manager will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This Role is responsible for staffing a portfolio of candidates for multiple roles and locations. Duties Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Utilize Breezy platform for organization of candidates, postings and assessments Conduct pre interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and facilitate the selection process. Collaborate with Executives, Office Manager, HR Manager and District Managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions. Negotiate offers with selected candidates while ensuring alignment with company policies. Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies. Conduct background requirements, including employment and education verification Ensure compliance with HR paperwork and documentation requirements. Assist with day one onboarding process Assist with projects and initiatives as needed Requirements Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in a high-volume setting. (Experience with hiring 500+ candidates preferred.) Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hiring and recruiting. Experience with BreezyHR is a plus. Strong understanding of social media management for recruitment purposes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders. Background in HR is a plus. Bilingual is a plus (Spanish preferred) Ability to negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations professionally. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. A proactive approach to lead generation and talent sourcing.
