Travel Shift: 0630 1500, with expectation of call Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekend Hours: Only if STEMI call Call Requirements: Program evolving. Currently on call from 1500 1700 but will be expanding when full team is on site. Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS not required. Must be balloon pump efficient, able to perform EKGs independently. Years of Experience: 2 Float Requirements: May assist in PACU for patient moving and discharge. May assist in PreOp to start IVs, perform EKGs, and any other evolving directions Additional Notes: Unit Information: Number of Beds: 85 Patient Ratios: 1:1 Equipment: GE, MacLab, ACIST IVUS, ACIST FFR, Maquette Balloon Pumps, Medtronic Temporary Pacemakers, Zoll Defibrillators, Abbott and Medtronic Cardiac Interrogators EHR: MacLab and MedHost Supervisor: Director of Surgical Services Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc. : Adult and Geriatric Hiring Profile: Must Have Skills/Experience: Experience in circulating, control room as an RN; balloon pump initiation, manipulation, and transfer, use of IVUS and FFR or eagerness to learn, excellent communication skills, able to use technology like computer, MacLab, Omnicell and cell phone apps, temporary pacemaker initiation and management, firm knowledge in vasoactive drips, moderate sedation competent, IV skills, patient safety, airway management, know when to elevate to emergency chain of command, Preferred Skillset/Experience: 2 years in cath lab circulating/controller for TEEs, L/RHC, Pacemaker Insertion and change out, critical care background is preferred; use of balloon pumps, temporary pacemakers, Zoll defibrillators Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Coronary Artery Disease About Voca Healthcare
