VCA Braelinn Village Animal Hospital is hiring an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our team! VCA Braelinn Village is an AAHA-accredited, multi-doctor practice offering a variety of services including Primary Care, Intensive Care, Advanced Surgery, Dentistry, and more. We value teamwork, support, and continuous learning, and we encourage our LVTs and Vet Assistants to fully utilize their knowledge and skills. Our hours are Monday through Thursday 7am - 8pm, Friday 7am - 6pm, Saturday 8am - 5pm, closed Sunday. About the Role

As Veterinary Technician, you will help create and maintain a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our patients and clients. Duties will include: Compassionate patient care Client education and care Laboratory sample collection and processing Radiology and diagnostic testing Medication preparation and administration IV fluids and infusion set up and maintenance Blood draws and catheter placement Anesthesia monitoring Dentistry procedures Surgical assisting Safe and effective patient handling Medical recordkeeping Qualifications

A year or more of small animal Veterinary Technician experience Able to proficiently perform Veterinary Technician skills including duties listed above Completion of a vet tech program - LVT or eligible to take the VTNE Why VCA
