Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel. What youll do: Ensure the Seabrook scrap process follows company policies and procedures. Submit scrap approvals in ServiceNow for items valued at 5,000 or more, including a detailed root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action documentation. Manage scrap requests for items valued under 5,000 by uploading data to the Scrap Request Template forGate 1 approval. Process approved scrap transactions in SAP and close related transfer orders in both SAP and the Scrap Tool in a timely manner. Monitor and maintain accurate monthly scrap data by: Preparing and distributing the Monthly Scrap Summary Report for team performance reviews. Updating the scrap data dashboard. Keeping the Plant Board Metric Package up to date with current monthly scrap status. Manage label artwork requests through the Seal Request Database, including coordinating packaging data collection. Coordinate creation of new product labels by requesting new product identification numbers and submitting label data for updates or modifications. Create temporary labels for experimental batches and resolve printing issues in Bartender and LOGOS systems. What makes you a good fit: Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered. Prior experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or procurement is preferred. Proficiency with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems. Experience with reporting tools, data dashboards, and performance metrics. Familiarity with label creation software such as Bartender or LOGOS is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
