Guide customers through the finance and insurance process with professionalism and clarity Secure competitive financing options by working closely with banks and lenders Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and manufacturer regulations Review credit applications, conduct thorough credit checks, and underwrite loans Finalize deals and submit all necessary documentation for funding Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction Provide training and support to finance team members What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience
as a
Finance Manager
or
Sales Manager
in automotive retail Proficiency in
CDK
and
eContracting with Darwin Strong knowledge of F&I products, credit analysis, and loan underwriting Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deals Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Why Work With Us?
