Luminis Health Orthopedics is seeking a fellowship-trained, BC/BE Orthopedic Joint Arthroplasty Surgeon to join our expanding and dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to perform primary and revision joint replacement surgery in a community-based, high-volume center supported by a dedicated research team. You’ll work alongside collaborative colleagues passionate about improving quality of life through advanced joint care and innovative surgical techniques. Responsibilities include: Diagnosing and managing hip and knee joint disorders requiring surgical and non-surgical interventions Performing primary and revision total joint arthroplasty of the hip and knee, with access to enabling technologies and ambulatory surgery center arthroplasty Maintaining accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams—including physical therapy, pain management, and primary care—for comprehensive patient care Engaging in quality improvement initiatives, team meetings, and continuing education Participating in orthopedic call coverage as assigned Teaching and research through academic affiliations (involvement is optional) We support our employees at every stage of life.
