Responsibilities
Collaborate with product and development teams to design, prototype, and implement intuitive user interfaces. Apply UX principles to streamline data presentation, reduce scrolling and interaction overhead, and enhance user journeys. Design with accessibility and responsiveness in mind, ensuring solutions work across multiple form factors. Translate designs into working React/Redux code with clean, maintainable practices. Work iteratively with developers in an agile environment, ensuring design intent is maintained through to implementation. Organize and present complex data in user-friendly, simplified formats to maximize usability. Contribute to and leverage scalable design systems and reusable UI components. Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in UX design and front-end development. Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, user journeys, responsive layouts, and accessible design. Hands-on experience coding in React/Redux (not just conceptually familiar) and HTML5/CSS3 Understanding of UX fundamentals: typography, hierarchy, grids, color, information design, and ADA/WCAG accessibility guidelines. Ability to simplify complex workflows and datasets into streamlined, usable solutions. Experience with responsive and cross-platform design using Familiarity tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite. Strong collaboration and communication skills with a “get work done” mindset. Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Nice-to-Have
Familiarity with enterprise financial services workflows or data-heavy applications. Experience designing with/for scalable design systems. Exposure to Agile methodologies and product-driven development environments. Familiarity with project management tools Strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills Solid interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Team player Seniority level
