Responsibilities

Consult with customers to configure ServiceNow Integrations based on best practices

Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party software platforms

Develop solutions tailored to user requirements gathered in workshops

Act as a subject matter expert to resolve complex user issues related to integrations and AI solutions

Analyze and improve current instance configurations to support future customer needs

Qualifications

Active Security Clearance required

Minimum of 6 years of configuration/development experience with complex integration technologies

At least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification

Extensive experience with integration technologies such as Web Services (REST/SOAP) and middleware

Strong Javascript skills with practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ServiceNow’s Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent

Familiarity with data management, database design, and database concepts

Experience with Self-Hosted implementations and/or Domain Separation is a plus

Proven team builder with the ability to mentor and develop talent

Strong presentation and report-writing skills
