Amazon Connect is a cloud-based contact center that enables businesses to deliver engaging, dynamic, and personal customer service experiences. It leverages Artificial Intelligence and AWS services such as Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, AWS Lambda, Amazon S3 and Amazon Kinesis to provide a scalable, easy-to-use, extensible, and natural customer experience. Responsibilities
Own code end-to-end from design to development, and work closely with senior technical leaders within the team and across AWS.
Design and deliver scalable, resilient systems with a customer-focused approach across the stack (modern web, SOA, NoSQL, AI, ML, Big Data, and more).
Collaborate to innovate on the next generation of cloud-based contact-center solutions.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
Experience programming in at least one programming language
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of full software development life cycle experience including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
