MRKT Supervisor – Town and Country Resort Help our guests start their day with great service, delicious bites, and a smile! MRKT, our vibrant coffee shop and market, is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead our team and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. Starting rate $21.00 per hour Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of MRKT, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
Lead, train, and motivate baristas and team members
Assist with preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and food items as needed
Manage inventory, ordering, and product presentation
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health standards
Support the Food & Beverage leadership team in achieving operational goals
Qualifications
Previous supervisory experience in food & beverage, retail, or hospitality preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail
