Our solutions power some of the worlds largest and most complex retailer, restaurant, and hotel ecosystems. We build highly distributed, cloud-native SaaS applications designed for scale, resiliency, and rapid evolution. You will help define the technical foundation that enables modern retailers to innovate faster, adapt to shifting consumer expectations, and operate seamlessly in a cloud-native environment. Role Summary

Engineering Excellence Drive adoption of Java tech-stack, Redis, Oracle DB/ATP, and modern frameworks. Promote contract testing, resilience engineering, load/chaos testing, and CI/CD with frequent, automated deployments. Set coding and design standards across the organization, mentoring IC3IC4 engineers and empowering them to own solutions. Lead observability-first engineering (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, OCI Logging) with clear SLO/SLA objectives, ensuring accountability for results. Reliability, Security & Operations Guide operational excellence practices, including blue/green and canary deployments, progressive delivery, and fault isolation. Ensure designs prioritize resilience, scalability, and cost efficiency, anticipating potential risks and planning accordingly. Encourage awareness of security and compliance frameworks (PCI, SOC2, PII) and foster an environment of ethical, responsible design. Leadership & Influence Mentor and grow teams of senior developers and architects, motivating them to align with organizational goals. Build strong partnerships across internal teams, resolving competing priorities and fostering collaboration across boundaries. Lead cross-functional reviews with internal stakeholders, presenting complex technical concepts in a clear, persuasive way.
