Overview
As an HR Business Partner at Inspire Brands, you'll be more than an HR practitioner, you'll be a strategic advisor and catalyst for change. In this role, you’ll partner directly with bold, forward-thinking leaders to shape talent strategies that fuel business performance and reinforce Inspire’s “People First” philosophy. You’ll dive into a dynamic mix of organizational effectiveness, talent development, and workforce planning—delivering real impact through smart, people-centered solutions. This role is located in our Atlanta Support Center with an in-office expectation 4 days a week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a strategic partner to assigned department leaders, providing guidance and support on a range of people-related initiatives including workforce planning, compensation strategy, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, talent development, leadership coaching, and general HR support
Lead the end-to-end execution of key talent initiatives and programs—such as performance reviews, talent reviews, development planning, and other workforce processes—including planning, communication, training, execution, and follow-up
Address complex employee relations issues with urgency, sound judgment, and a commitment to fairness and integrity
Influence and advise leaders with professionalism, discretion, and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and business needs
Analyze people trends and cross-functional data to identify insights and provide actionable, strategic recommendations for continuous improvement
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
4-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required
3+ years' HRBP experience
7+ years' HR Generalist experience preferred
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
Proven innovation and diversity of thought in the achievement of Company human capital goals and objectives
Ability to exceed expectations in a fast paced, results driven environment with significant ongoing change
Exceptional listening and communication skills (both oral and written)
Impactful executive presence that builds trust with leaders while maintaining accessibility to team members at all levels
Ability to positively leverage inter-department relationships and expertise to effectively meet the needs of client groups
Must routinely demonstrate a high degree of integrity, compassion and confidentiality
Brilliant interpersonal skills coupled with strong team orientation and attention to detail
Well-organized, self-managed, and a self-starter
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Microsoft Office proficient
