A healthcare system in the Monterey Bay Area is seeking another BE/BC EP Cardiologist to join their established cardiology team. This is a collaborative group of 10 cardiologists and 6 APPs. Opportunity
Growing EP Practice - 60% EP Cardiology and 40% General Cardiology Monday - Friday schedule - 3-4 days in clinic and 1-2 days in Cath Lab $750,000 base salary plus wRVU productivity Annual performance incentive plan $60,000 Recruitment Incentive - Sign-on Bonus + Relocation Qualify for Public Student Loan Forgiveness Comprehensive Benefits Package including Health/Dental/Vision insurance, 403(b) and 457 retirement plans, occurrence-based malpractice insurance, 4 weeks Paid Time Off, 1 week of CME Time Off and Allowance Location & Lifestyle
