Location: Grassobbio - Italy Job ID: 30340 We are seeking an experienced People Business Partner (PBP) to support our Mediterranean Commercial Unit, spanning a cluster of countries this role is to be based in Spain (Madrid) or Italy (Bergamo/Milan). This is a unique opportunity to act as both a strategic advisor to leadership and a hands-on HR leader, driving business growth, talent development, and organizational transformation across a diverse, multi-country region. The Role As a trusted partner to the CU Head and country commercial managers, you’ll ensure our HR strategy is aligned with business goals and executed effectively on the ground. You will play a key role in: Strategic HR & Business Partnering
– driving organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and high-performance culture. Operational HR Leadership
– overseeing end-to-end HR processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Talent & Leadership Development
– building strong succession pipelines, coaching leaders, and implementing learning & development programs. Engagement & Retention
– championing a positive workplace culture and strengthening our employer brand. What you will bring 7+ years’ experience as a People/HR Partner, with proven success in both strategic and operational HR. Experience leading HR teams across multi-country environments. Deep knowledge of HR disciplines including organizational design, performance management, talent management, and C&B. Strong business acumen, resilience, and the ability to drive transformation. Fluency in English and Italian/Spanish (Spanish or Greek a plus). Multinational experience ideally in agrichemical, chemical, pharmaceutical industries (or similar), is advantageous. You wikll be based within easy commuting of Madrid or Bergamo/Milan. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be part of the regional People leadership team, directly shaping the people agenda for a dynamic and growing commercial unit. You’ll influence senior leaders, support organizational change, and create an environment where talent thrives and business performance follows.
