As soon as credentialed - ongoing Must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends Main hospital campus may consider less than 12hr shifts, affiliated FSED's require 12hr shifts Shift Times: 6a-4p, 9a-7p, 12p-10p, 3p-1a, 7p-5a, 9p-7a
Clinical Information:
Preference for provider to be open to working at main hospital as well as affiliated FSER's Required Procedures: All standard ER procedures Level II trauma Center Only transfer plastics/hand (some coverage), neuro IR, Peds Average patient census: 170 Common cases: Trauma (mainly blunt), mix of all types of patients Annual ER admissions: 24% Robots: Neurology, Psychiatric
Required:
DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Board Certified in one of the following:
American Board of Emergency Medicine American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine
Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local", and will not be eligible for this role Active MO license ATLS (one time in career), ACLS, PALS
