We’re looking for a

Sales Engineer

to join our Boston office full-time. You’ll partner closely with Account Executives to drive new business by owning the technical side of the sales process. From discovery through demo, you’ll show prospects how OnRamp solves their onboarding challenges, tailoring solutions to their needs and building trust as a technical advisor. What You’ll Do

Partner with Account Executives to run discovery and uncover technical requirements

Deliver engaging product demos and presentations that align with customer pain points

Build tailored solution proposals and architecture recommendations

Support RFP responses, technical evaluations, and proof-of-concept engagements

Translate product capabilities into clear business outcomes for both technical and non-technical audiences

Provide structured feedback from prospects to Product and Sales leadership

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or related

pre-sales

role (SaaS preferred)

Strong understanding of B2B SaaS, integrations, and enterprise sales cycles

Ability to connect technical solutions to business value clearly and persuasively

Excellent demo, presentation, and communication skills

Experience with APIs, integrations, or enterprise platforms a plus
