Role and Location

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager is responsible for leading commercial marketing efforts for Radiometer’s portfolio of blood gas analyzers and sampling accessories. This role is critical to driving product adoption, generating new leads, and enabling sales teams with tools that accelerate opportunity conversion across North America. This position reports to the Director, Marketing and is part of the Radiometer North America Marketing Team and will be fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase the adoption of instruments and sampling accessories. Design sales tools and messaging frameworks that support positioning and objection handling. Create digital content and nurture campaigns to support leads throughout the sales funnel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific field -- MBA would be a plus 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry Strong knowledge of clinical workflows in ICU, ED, or laboratory environments Proven experience selling or marketing capital equipment and accessories to hospitals, including knowledge of procurement and sales processes Experience in using digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to generate and nurture leads and executing Account-Based Marketing campaigns across key hospital accounts

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Ability to travel up to 40%

Preferred Experience

5+ years of experience in diagnostics or hospital-based settings

The annual salary range for this role is $150,000 to $165,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
