About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Customer Success to lead its customer success business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving long-term satisfaction and success for both property managers and operated property owners. This role involves setting the strategic vision for customer success, establishing scalable processes, and leading a team that focuses on supporting SaaS B2B clients and operated property owners. The VP will be accountable for client satisfaction, operational excellence, and cross-department collaboration to ensure a world-class experience is delivered.

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in customer success, customer success, or account management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. A strong background in SaaS B2B customer success and/or hospitality/property management customer success is essential. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in defining and executing strategic plans, strong financial and operational acumen, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The VP will be expected to have a deep understanding of SaaS onboarding, adoption, and escalation management, and experience in managing both enterprise-level clients and high-net-worth property owners is preferred. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving, decision-making, and be able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
