Territory Battery Sales Manager
to join our team. This role involves providing professional service to customers, achieving sales goals, and developing growth opportunities within the Florida market. Responsibilities
Sell batteries to customers, maintain inventory, and open new business in Florida. Invoice units that fail to last the full warranty period. Organize and update routes, dealer lists, and operations. Provide regular professional service to dealers. Maintain and develop new accounts. Establish and strengthen relationships within the area. Achieve sales growth and targets. Design and implement strategic business plans to expand customer base. Recruit, set objectives, and evaluate performance. Build long-lasting relationships with customers. Identify growth opportunities within current and new customers. Analyze sales data to find growth opportunities. Resolve customer issues effectively. Communicate clearly with customers and team members. Collaborate with other department leads. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales Management, preferably in the automotive aftermarket industry. Experience prospecting and closing sales with installers, fleets, municipalities, and dealerships is a plus. Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Outgoing, assertive personality with a proactive attitude. Results-oriented and growth-focused. Proficiency in Google Applications, Word, and Excel. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. General automotive knowledge is helpful. Benefits
