$60,000$75,000 annually + Benefits + Bonus Potential Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated

Project Manager

with strong organizational and leadership skills who is also interested in expanding into project estimating responsibilities. This position offers a unique opportunity to manage active drywall projects while being mentored and developed into a dual role that includes estimating future work. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, driven, and eager to grow their expertise in both project management and construction estimating. Key Responsibilities: Lead drywall projects from planning to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth execution of work. Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to anticipate challenges and provide solutions. Support bid preparation by assisting in takeoffs, pricing, and proposal development. Track job costs, monitor progress, and provide regular project reports to leadership. Collaborate with senior estimators to gain hands-on experience in cost estimating. Identify opportunities for process improvements, value engineering, and cost efficiencies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, drywall experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with estimating tools (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, STACK, or similar) a plus. Strong blueprint reading and technical knowledge of drywall materials and installation methods. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. OSHA 30 certification required; OSHA 510/500, PMP, or related certifications are a plus. What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based bonus opportunities.
