to source, screen, and place

traveling craft professionals

for high-impact projects across the country. This is a hybrid role based in the Houston, TX area, with occasional on-site client visits. Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit traveling craft professionals, including electricians, welders, and millwrights Write compelling, keyword-optimized job postings to attract top talent Screen candidates for technical skills, certifications, experience, and cultural fit Build and maintain an active pipeline of traveling professionals Manage the full recruitment lifecyclefrom first outreach to offer acceptance Partner with field leadership to anticipate project staffing needs and timelines Conduct occasional on-site client visits in the Houston area Stay current on industry certifications, wage trends, and labor market data What You Bring: 2+ years of recruiting experience in the construction, industrial, or related sectors Proven success recruiting and placing traveling professionals or trades talent Strong understanding of trade certifications (e.g., Journeyman, NCCER, OSHA) Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with ATS/recruiting tools and Microsoft Office Residency in the Houston, TX area (required) Ready to take your recruiting career to the next level?
