- Direct Hire Must Have Skills: Prior experience as a dental hygienist Valid Dental Hygienist license Genuine interest in working in a biological dentistry practice (open to learning and adopting holistic/fluoride-free approaches) Responsibilities and Job Details: Provide patient care in alignment with biological dentistry principles, including fluoride-free treatments and whole-health practices. Educate patients on the connection between oral health and overall wellness. Utilize advanced technologies such as lasers and ozone therapy (training provided if needed). Work within a collaborative team of hygienists and general dentists. Deliver high-quality hygiene care without being rushedample time provided for patient education and treatment. Participate in a schedule of either full-time (4 days per week) or part-time (Mon & Tues). Typical hours: MonWed: 7:45 AM 5:00 PM Thurs: 7:45 AM 4:00 PM Fri: 7:45 AM 12:00 PM (once per month, optional) Benefit from full support for Continuing Education (CEs).
