HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel job in Novi, Michigan. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Interventional Radiology Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Title: Radiology Interventional Technologist Location: Novi, MI Duration: 13 weeks (10/06/2025 – 01/03/2026) Shift: Day, 5x8-Hour (08:00 – 16:30), Monday–Friday. On-call required. Overtime available. Job responsibilities and all required and preferred skills and requirements Perform and assist with invasive diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures under the supervision of a Radiologist. Prepare patients for procedures, explain process, and obtain relevant medical history. Set up and maintain sterile equipment, monitors, contrast media, medications, and IV solutions. Assist physicians during procedures including neurological cases at a comprehensive stroke facility. Use Siemens imaging systems and Cerner EMR; complete imaging documentation in PACS and RIS. Monitor patient condition before, during, and after procedures. Apply principles of radiation safety (ALARA), patient shielding, and appropriate equipment settings. Perform 3D imaging, procedure room cleanup, supply management, and quality assurance. May assist with training new staff or students. Demonstrate effective communication, patient care, and adherence to safety and infection control protocols. Required Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Continuing medical education hours must be maintained. Required Certification & Licensure: BLS (Healthcare Provider). ARRT registration with advanced certification in one of the following: Cardiac-Interventional Radiography (CI) Vascular-Interventional Radiography (VI) Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography (CV) Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience. Neurological case experience required.
