Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer

to join a fast-paced, collaborative team focused on building and optimizing marketing automation solutions. This role plays a critical part in designing and executing sophisticated campaigns that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable SFMC solutions, manage integrations, and ensure seamless execution of end-to-end marketing workflows. Your expertise will directly influence campaign performance, data accuracy, and platform efficiency. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions tailored to complex business needs. Build and optimize campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Builder. Develop custom integrations using SFMC APIs, AMPScript, SSJS, and SQL. Implement and manage data extensions, segmentation strategies, and contact management processes. Orchestrate automated workflows and journeys that deliver personalized customer experiences. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation, configuration, and data sync. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for scalability and efficiency. Collaborate with marketing, data, and technology teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Document development processes and configurations to support knowledge sharing and future enhancements. Key Requirements 45 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Proficiency in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Builder. Strong command of AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, and SFMC APIs. Experience integrating SFMC with external systems (e.g., APIs, SFTP, CRM platforms). Solid understanding of marketing automation concepts and best practices. Familiarity with testing, deployment, and troubleshooting within SFMC. Experience with JIRA or similar work tracking tools.
