As an Information Technology and Digitalization Intern within Covestro, incumbents will be involved in wide range of IT activities to support day to day operations and ongoing projects. This position will be based at our North American Headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA. As part of the internship experience, incumbent would be working closely with some of the industry's brightest information scientists supporting best in class, diversified IT landscape across cloud technologies (AWS), global ERP systems (SAP), evolving cyber security systems and cutting edge digital as well as transformative Agile/DevOps methodologies. We strive to foster a positive, enriching, and productive work environment and provide multiple forms of professional development opportunities throughout the internship program. The selected individual(s) would be considered, but not limited to, one or more of the following information technology internship opportunities: AWS Migration support, including ongoing optimizations and development of cloud native solutions. Project testing support/shadow during complex ERP (SAP) project life cycle as well as small enhancements and critical batch job monitoring. Malware research and incident investigation Analytic support and project/process documentations Help exploring cutting edge digital solutions Basic Qualifications Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program with a major and/or focus in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology or Information Security Completion of sophomore year prior to the start of the summer 2026 internship Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated PC skills and ability to work within Microsoft Office programs Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills including an ability to interact with and to establish strong working relationships with diverse individuals Project coordination with the ability to be proactive & identify creative technical solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure Are you as curious, courageous and colorful as we are?
