Our Market Attendants are at the heart of Tahoe Provisions, the resort's cozy market and coffee bar. This role is perfect for someone who loves coffee culture, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and thrives on creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Responsibilities
Prepare and serve handcrafted espresso beverages, brewed coffee, and specialty drinks with consistency and care. Warm and serve grab-and-go food items and light fare according to safety and quality standards. Greet guests, answer questions about offerings, and provide personalized recommendations. Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the market, including stocking shelves and restocking condiments and supplies. Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to leadership. Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards. Deliver friendly, efficient service during peak business hours while maintaining attention to detail. Qualifications
Previous barista or coffee shop experience preferred but not requiredtraining provided. Strong guest service skills and a warm, approachable demeanor. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with basic food preparation, cash handling, and operating POS systems.
