Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Technician - $3,043 per week

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 11/03/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Title: Cath Lab Technician Location: Weston, FL Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day, 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30) Job responsibilities and all required and preferred skills and requirements Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab procedures including left/right heart catheterizations, PCI, PTCA, stent placement, rotablader athrectomy, IABP placement/removal, and cardiac implant closure device. Scrub, circulate, maintain sterile field, and set up equipment. Recognize life-threatening arrhythmias, interpret dysrhythmias, and follow infection control protocols. Work in diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab settings. Support clinical team in cardiac procedures and ensure patient safety. Must be a team player, flexible to float within scope across multiple facilities if needed. Requirements: Minimum 18 months Cath Lab experience (2 years preferred). Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, ARRT R, CCI RCIS (preferred), RCVT (preferred). Experience with EPIC charting system. Ability to float to nearby hospitals within 20 miles if needed. Willingness to take call; weekend requirements to be discussed with manager.
