Job Summary: Shamrock Trading Corporation is a recognized leader in transportation services, finance, and technology, known for its positive workplace culture. They are seeking a Technical Product Owner to drive business requirements into agile development teams, ensuring effective technical product development and creating scalable payment software systems to meet organizational needs. Responsibilities: Understand market needs and transform business requirements into features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria to convey specific functionality from an end-user perspective Own sprint prioritization, balancing between product work and other activities within a sprint Translate product and business needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories Prioritize the backlog based on business value, technical dependencies, and stakeholder input Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Architects, SREs, Data Services, Data Analytics and QA to ensure technical solutions align with overall platform strategy and performance goals Serve as the go-to expert for the teams deliverables, ensuring clarity and completeness of stories and technical documentation Participate in and lead agile ceremonies in concert with the teams Software Engineering Lead (sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups) Act as the key liaison between different technical units and non-technical stakeholders Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, design patterns, software requirements, and development guidelines Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner (or similar role) in a production software environment, with direct experience working with agile teams Strong technical knowledge, with experience building Fintech and/or BaaS payment solutions platforms; knowledge or relevant technology, tools, and middleware is critical covering compliance, onboarding, KYB/KYC and fund flows Advanced understanding of agile development processes and demonstrated experience driving agile processes in a highly technical environment Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; adept at working across different functions and diverse cultures Experience working in a dynamic environment, with a need to adapt to changing priorities, market dynamics, and evolving business needs and guide teams accordingly Experience integrating payment technologies, such as Plaid, Finicity, Stripe, Paypal Expertise in payment solutions, specifically including bank payment rails such as ACH, Fed wires, RTP, Fed Now, and/or API Payment Integrations CSPO certification or equivalent experience Preferred: Company: Shamrock Trading Corporation is the parent company for a family of brands in transportation services, finance and technology.
