Do you enjoy creating reports and working with data? Do you have advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, macros)? Are you detail-oriented and curious about solving billing discrepancies? If so, this role may be a great fit for you! What you'll do: Reconcile postage charges from USPS and vendors. Develop and maintain reporting on volume and postage trends. Research billing discrepancies and request refunds/credits when needed. Work with Excel.
