Benefits: 401(k) retirement plan with company matching Health, vision, and prescription drug insurance Profit sharing and ongoing bonus opportunities Paid time off, sick time, and holiday time Paid training and continuing education Company-provided safety equipment Opportunities for advancement Responsibilities: Operate mobile hydraulic truck cranes (e.g., boom trucks) at customer job sites, primarily for HVAC equipment lifts Represent Atlas Crane Service with exceptional professionalism, punctuality, and a customer-first attitude Communicate clearly with customers and team members to plan/ manage busy schedules and execute safe, efficient lifts Perform daily pre-trip inspections, routine maintenance, and minor service tasks to ensure crane safety and operability Set up and break down cranes at job sites, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and job requirements Maintain accurate job documentation (e.g., lift tickets, daily inspection logs) Follow all DOT and OSHA safety regulations Follow all NCCCO and ASME best practices Be a team playerpitch in with light maintenance around the yard or assist with estimating in the office/ job walks when needed Qualifications: Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) (Class A or B - with air brake and manual transmission endorsement) Valid National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO) certification (or ability to obtain; other national organizations accepted like like NCCER, or military) Experience operating boom trucks or mobile truck cranes Ability to read load charts and understand rigging principles Strong mechanical aptitude; able to assist with basic crane maintenance Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety and service Must be punctual, dependable, and comfortable working independently on job sites Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs, climb, and work in outdoor conditions Job Type:
