Title: HR Generalist/Payroll Coordinator

Location: 5 days onsite in North Pomona, CA

Salary: up to 75k in base salary DOE + Benefits

What Youll Do

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations
• Maintain HR records, compliance, and benefits administration
• Partner with leadership on engagement and culture initiatives
• Support payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Contribute to the growth of HR processes and best practices

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years of HR generalist experience (payroll experience a plus)
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, compliance, and employment law basics
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, evolving environment
• Detail-oriented with a team-first mindset
