Job Title: Project Manager US [Remote]

Role Summary:

As the Project Manager, you will oversee complex projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they align with business objectives and meet high standards of quality. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership, directing project planning, execution, and performance across data-center and other regulated industries, including Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, and Aerospace. Your focus will be on delivering supply only projects within scope, on time, and within budget, while also managing client relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and fostering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budget management, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
  • Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact for project stakeholders, fostering strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and satisfaction including site visits and site surveys across the United States.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively to minimize impact on project outcomes.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Oversee project performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership, tracking milestones, KPIs, and financial metrics, and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth while promoting company values.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet quality standards and industry regulations, collaborating with internal quality assurance teams to maintain compliance.
  • Resource Allocation & Budget Management: Optimize project resources and maintain strict adherence to budgets, making adjustments to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Process Improvement & Innovation: Introduce innovative project management tools and best practices to enhance project delivery and team productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of project management experience in a related industry, with a proven record of delivering complex, high-value projects on time and within budget.
  • Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required; additional certifications in Agile or Lean methodologies preferred.
  • Skills:

Strong leadership and team-building capabilities

Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Proficient in project management software

Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance requirements

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Other Requirements:

Willingness to travel domestically every week and internationally as needed

Flexibility to work across time zones to coordinate with global teams

Reports to: Vice President, North America
