Overview & Key Responsibilities The Pilot Resources team is seeking a Co-op to support various areas including pilot leaves of absence, retirements, outside flying verification, and new hires. The successful candidate will commit to a minimum of 3 rotations: Fall 2025 Summer 2026 Spring 2027 Responsibilities
Assist with pilot scheduling, database management, and personnel files. Support analysis and planning for Crew Resources and training initiatives. Identify training needs for pilots returning from leave or through entitlements. Provide customer service to pilots and internal teams via email and phone. Maintain accuracy of pilot pay protection, schedules, and files. Identify opportunities for process improvements in pilot resources and scheduling. Familiarize with relevant agreements, regulations, and systems such as PWA, FARs, DBMS, SAP, and OSS. Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all tasks. Minimum Qualifications
Enrolled in an undergraduate program with a focus on gaining professional experience. Available to work for 3 alternating semesters without taking courses simultaneously. Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with analytical/reporting software preferred. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. High attention to detail and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. High school diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US. Preferred Qualifications Additional skills and experiences that would give candidates a competitive edge. Additional Details
