Responsibilities for a Commissioning Specialist include but are not limited to:
Collaborate on the development and implementation of the
commissioning process
with sales, engineering, and construction teams.
Coordinate and direct commissioning activities, ensuring adherence to
project schedules and budgets
.
Write and execute
functional performance test procedures
for equipment and systems, including
HVAC and Building Controls
.
Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, equipment checklists, and final
commissioning reports
.
Candidates for Commissioning Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Five or more years
of field experience with
HVAC controls
and commissioning for commercial/industrial projects.
Strong technical background in
building automation and control systems
, with the ability to review
sequence of operations
and perform
point-to-point commissioning
.
Proficiency with
Microsoft Office Suite
and other
commissioning tools and technologies
.
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel
80-90%
of the time.
