We are seeking a Senior IT Program Manager with experience in SAP GTS implementation or migration to lead a complex, cross-functional project. The role is responsible for end-to-end program management, including scoping, planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and governance. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills who can effectively work with executive leadership and technical teams to ensure project success within a matrix organization. Key Responsibilities Manage SAP GTS migration projects from initiation to delivery, including schedule and budget control. Define project charter and governance structure, prepare detailed plans, and monitor execution. Conduct scoping, planning, and design workshops with business and cross-functional teams. Coordinate cross-functional activities, ensuring on-time delivery within budget constraints. Engage and update executive leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Lead scope management, change control, and stakeholder expectation management. Drive the planning and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Adopt software delivery methodologies and instill customer confidence through structured governance. Monitor and report metrics such as schedule, cost, quality, team performance, and customer satisfaction. Provide leadership, mentoring, and conflict resolution across a high-performing project team. Ensure project documentation, QA processes, and compliance audits are conducted thoroughly. Support system integration, testing, and defect management including triage and prioritization. Enable configuration management, reusable artifacts adoption, and continuous improvement. Interface with various functional teams to align on requirements, design, and execution. Support profitability tracking, estimation, pricing models, and account management processes. Promote knowledge sharing and organizational learning within and across projects. Required Qualifications 8-10 years of experience managing SAP implementation or upgrade projects, including at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations. Proven experience in SAP GTS migration or implementation. Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification or equivalent preferred. Strong experience with PMI or other structured project methodologies in SAP environments. Ability to independently manage all project phases: scoping, design, build, test, and production cutover. Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate project updates and action plans. Familiarity with Global Trade, Sales, and Logistics processes. Strong command of English, both verbal and written. Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities. Experience in risk management, resource planning, metrics tracking, and profitability analysis. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to pricing models (e.g., FP, value-based), licensing strategies, and contract drafting. Experience in guiding project teams in agile, hybrid, or waterfall environments. Familiarity with quality assurance frameworks and governance compliance models. Strong understanding of configuration management, defect analysis, and root cause identification. Ability to contribute to solution structuring and present value propositions to stakeholders. Hands-on experience with domain-specific solutions and competitive market sensing. Previous experience participating in knowledge management and team development initiatives.
