Java development experience with strong knowledge of application design patterns. Proficiency in Spring/Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture. Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ). Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes), and Git-based workflows. Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform preferred). Domain experience in Healthcare (optional or preferred). Ability to lead and mentor developers, perform code reviews, and collaborate effectively. Strong problem-solving and communication skills; UI development experience (React or other) is a plus.
