Title - Project Manager
Compensation - $45-50k
Location - Onsite in Temple, GA five days per week
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for business stakeholders initiating new projects.
Facilitate the intake process by gathering and documenting project scope, objectives, budget estimates, timelines, and resource needs.
Ensure alignment with strategic goals and prepare project proposals for handoff to assigned project managers.
Project Coordination & Support
Assist project managers with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Maintain organized project documentation and ensure version control and accessibility.
Track project milestones and deliverables, escalating issues as needed.
Project Closeout & Evaluation
Collaborate with business stakeholders and project managers to validate that project outcomes meet expectations.
Document lessons learned and ensure proper transition of deliverables into operational use.
Support post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or IT liaison roles. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence). Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience in a PMO or IT environment. Familiarity with change management and business process improvement. Certification in PMP, CAPM, or similar is a plus.
