At Lexus of Wesley Chapel, we are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our winning team(luxury sales experience/hospitality preferred but not required).Our team is dedicated to serving our community in a manner in which is easy for the customer to understand while creating a positive and growing culture for you. Sales Requirements:
Self Starter Attitude
Be able to prioritize the guest experience above everything else
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn the Lexus line and brand
Willingness to learn how to be successful in our processes
Full shift Saturdays and some Sundays
Sales Responsibilities :
Calling for and following up with potential customers through leads, referrals and community connections.
Establish client relationships and follow up with both potential and current customers
Create an understanding of how Lexus is important to those you are speaking with
Meet one on one with new and existing customers to deepen the relationship
You must be able to learn and execute our processes while growing and maintain business.
Experienced
