to our team! We are a licensed insurance and risk management agency, and a leading provider of F&I (Finance & Insurance) products to dealerships nationwide. Headquartered in the Clearlake area of Houston, Texas, we offer a range of products including

Service Contracts, GAP, Limited Warranty, Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI),

and more. At National Lenders, we offer: Aggressive compensation , including commissions

with efficiency at every step. Role Overview: Finance and Insurance Products Manager You will take the lead in

onboarding new dealership clients , training F&I teams, and supporting our sales staff to maximize product adoption and dealership success. Key Responsibilities Lead the

onboarding process

for new dealership clients referred by our sales team.

Prepare and distribute

dealership document packages

for DocuSign signature.

Schedule and conduct

onboarding calls

with new clients to review documentation and processes.

Provide

initial and ongoing training

for dealership F&I staff on all offered products.

Train dealerships on how to register service contracts through their

DMS , or platforms such as

Stone Eagle

or

F&I Sentinel .

Provide ongoing

dealer support , including sales penetration follow-up and service.

Collaborate closely with the

National Lenders sales team

to ensure smooth onboarding and dealer engagement.

Qualifications & Skills Self-motivated, organized, and a collaborative team player.

In-depth knowledge of F&I products and processes.

Strong

training and leadership

abilities to educate internal teams and external clients.

Excellent

verbal and written communication

skills.

Solid

computer and technical skills , especially in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Strong

analytical and problem-solving

abilities.

Proven

sales and closing skills

in the F&I or automotive space.

Experience in the

automotive industry

or

F&I product sales

is strongly preferred.
