Entry Level HR Generalist | HR Generalist
ProSidian seeks an Entry Level HR Generalist for program support on a contract basis located in CONUS - Charlotte, NC across the Mid Atlantic Region supporting strategic delivery of Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC). Provide services and support as a Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services (Entry Level HR Generalist) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector, focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) Generally located in CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (of country/world). Responsibilities and duties include: Maintaining personnel files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Scheduling interviews, preparing onboarding packets, and assisting with orientation sessions. Processing HR forms and data entry into HRIS systems. Responding to employee inquiries on policies, benefits, and general HR procedures. Supporting recruitment activities, including posting job ads and screening applications. Desired qualifications for Entry Level HR Generalist candidates include: Experience in administrative support or HR-related functions. Familiarity with HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite. Education/experience requirements/qualifications include: High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree in HR or business preferred. 13 years of relevant experience. Skills required include: Organization, time management, data accuracy, discretion. Competencies required include: Confidentiality, adaptability, attention to detail, service orientation. Ancillary details of the roles include: Must maintain compliance with EEOC and city employment regulations. Supports special HR projects such as employee engagement surveys. Other details include: Reports to HR Supervisor; requires occasional handling of sensitive documents.
