Position Summary:
This role leads compliance in a cGMP regulated manufacturing environment. The QA Investigator leads complex quality investigations and ensures timely, effective corrective actions.
Shift: M-F Day shift
Pay: $35.00/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and close investigations into internal failures and customer complaints
Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) completion
Collaborate cross-functionally to meet investigation timelines and escalate as needed
Review lab data, maintain CAPA records, and analyze trends
Support SOP development, training, and reporting on investigation metrics
Mentor junior staff and provide supervisor backup when required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
4+ years' experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing (investigations, CAPAs, audits)
