Job Description Ford of Helena is looking for a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our team. If you have a passion for cars, a knack for customer service, and a goal-oriented mindset, this is your opportunity to grow with a dealership that values your drive and dedication.
Job Type:
Full-time
Pay :
$65,000 - $125,000: Commission based
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that fits their needs, budget, and lifestyle
Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features and benefits
Guide customers through the entire sales process from introduction to delivery
Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication with potential buyers
Achieve sales targets and meet dealership performance goals
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and promotions
Complete all paperwork accurately and ensure compliance with dealership processes
Work closely with the sales and finance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience (automotive sales preferred but not required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
