Account Executive
to join their sales team. Role Overview
As an
Account Executive , you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals with enterprise clients. You will work closely with the sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue growth and expand the company’s footprint across global markets. This role requires a
hunter mentality , strong communication skills, and proven experience in selling B2B SaaS solutions to enterprise customers. Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end sales process , from lead generation to closing enterprise deals. Conduct discovery calls and demos to understand client needs and align solutions. Build strong relationships with decision-makers in
banks, fintechs, gaming companies, and other regulated sectors . Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with enterprise clients. 30% leads will be provided by Inbound and Outbound team, 70% of leads should be generated by AE. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual
sales quotas (Generating Lead →MQL → SQL → Closed Won) . Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Work with product and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in
B2B SaaS sales , ideally in fintech, RegTech, or compliance-related industries. Proven track record of
meeting or exceeding sales targets . Strong knowledge of
enterprise SaaS sales cycles
(long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, complex negotiations). Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with
CRM tools
(Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, high-growth environment . Preferred Skills
Experience selling into
regulated industries
(banking, fintech, insurance, gaming). Familiarity with
compliance, AML, KYC, or identity verification solutions . Experience with
account-based selling
and
solution-driven sales approaches . Strong negotiation skills with C-level stakeholders.
