Cox Automotive is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to enhance our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge identity governance solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong development background, a solid understanding of IAM principles, and experience with SailPoint integrations across various enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions, including custom connectors, workflows, and rules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity and access management issues while implementing scalable and secure solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including security, compliance, and application owners, to deliver IAM solutions tailored to meet business needs.
- Apply best practices in identity governance, access control, and risk mitigation throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Deliver high-quality code with comprehensive documentation and adhere to change management and version control protocols.
- Stay up to date with emerging IAM trends, SailPoint updates, and relevant security frameworks to drive innovation and improvements.
- Design, develop, and implement identity governance solutions leveraging SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
- Configure and customize SailPoint components, such as workflows, connectors, rules, roles, policies, and certifications.
- Integrate SailPoint with various systems and applications including Active Directory, databases, and cloud platforms for automated provisioning and deprovisioning.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 4 years of related experience, or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
- Proficient in developing and maintaining custom SailPoint rules using Java, BeanShell, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experienced in troubleshooting identity lifecycle events and access provisioning issues.
- Strong collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams and gather requirements for IAM solutions.
- Ability to document technical designs, configurations, and procedures for maintainability and knowledge sharing.
- Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools like CyberArk, and secrets management platforms such as HashiCorp Vault or Azure Key Vault.
- Experience in integrating SailPoint with cloud platforms including Azure AD/Entra ID, AWS IAM, and Okta.
- Knowledgeable in directory services like Active Directory and LDAP, and database systems such as Oracle and SQL Server.
Compensation:
Salary range for this position is USD 99,000.00 - 165,000.00 per year. Final base salary may vary based on factors like location and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications. Additional compensation opportunities may include a performance-based incentive program.
