Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly manner.
Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
Accompany customer on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technology.
Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals and establish customer network
Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become the vehicle authority.
Know the ins and outs of inventory, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
Complete all paperwork
Close the deal and deliver vehicle to customer
Utilize dealership CRM and follow-up system and procedures
Maintain a customer satisfaction rating at or above company standards Bring your ‘A game’ and a positive attitude to work with you every single day
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Prior Dealership sales experience preferred
Cadillac/GM Certification a plus
Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus.
Must exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers
Proven closing and follow-through skills
Ability to perform product demonstration and have the ability to learn product updates and present features and benefits to our customers
Good listener, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
Comfortable with the use of technology & devices
Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
Phenomenal written and verbal communication skills with customers and team members
Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Valid in-state driver's license with clean driving record
Must pass employer pre-employment screening
